Harper turns 6 Months old!

It sure is hard to believe that Harper is half of a year old already!  She has been such a joy to her Mimzi & Poppy from day ONE.  Harper has such a unique personality already- always has a grin on her face and is VERY active indeed.

CaSandra- Senior Year 2012

This was CaSandra's Senior year- lots of joy, excitement, and games to cheer.   She has since then moved out and wants to try things on her own.  May she never forget where she came from and most importantly who she is....Love you Sister.

It's My Birthday...

 

It's Harper's Birthday! November 19, 2012 at 6:09 pm.  This was a very long and anticipated event in my life.  You see, I did not find out that Harper was my blood granddaughter until a couple of weeks before her birth.  My son fell in love with this girl about seven or so years ago and knew at that time that she was his forever love.  When she returned to this area, their lives crossed once more.  He was too shy to speak what was in his heart and so was she.  Then she became involved with another man and he stood by...waiting.  Then before you know it, they decided to speak their minds.  They decided to be together and he decided to take on the RESPONSIBILITY on raising what he thought was another man's child.  In October, they decided they wanted HARPER'S parents to be married when she was born.  It was about a week or so later when Felicity's AUNT LISA sat down with them and had them to come clean about the possibility of Harper's DADDY being Justin.  After much calculation, there was no doubt that Harper's DADDY was married to her MOMMY! Once they told me, I had a lot to absorb in.  I had already prepared myself to be this little girl's MIMZI.  But who knew in fact that I was already her grandma and didn't know it!  The day she was born I knew she was Justin's just looking at those LONG toes, just like her daddy's. (lol)
